🧠 What Is Hepatitis B?

Hepatitis B is a viral infection that attacks the liver and is spread through infected blood or bodily fluids. Many people experience no symptoms for years, so regular screening is essential. Untreated infection can lead to liver damage, cirrhosis or liver cancer.

Testing is recommended if you have had:

• Unprotected sex with a new partner
• Shared needles or tattoo equipment
• Blood transfusions in countries with less screening

🔬 How It Works

1. Collect a small blood sample
Use the sterile lancet and capillary dropper provided to collect a drop of blood.

2. Add to the test cassette
